Newly created, Willenhall Way is an exceedingly spacious park. There are 25 very large, hard standing pitches, with a lot of space in between pitches.

Hard Standing Pitches

The pitches, furthest away from the Play area are,
1. 2. 4. 6. 8. 9. 10. 11. 12. 15. 16. 17. 18. 19.

The pitches that are closest to the children’s play area are,
3 5. 7. 14. 20. 21. 22. 23. 24. 25. 26.

Children’s Leisure Area

To the side, is a very unusual Children’s/leisure area. Telegraph poles have been reused to form a boundary to two sides of this large rectangular space.

A large mound, with a tree trunk on the top, for seating, has been created, as a watch point.  It is rather special.

There are two new calf igloos in the centre of this area. We thought they would make brilliant children’s dens.

The telegraph poles, you can either walk along or sit on. The large grand Oak trees, lend their strong branches, for a few tree swings. We have also reused some cable reels, as picnic tables, again with logs to sit on.
