Terms & Conditions

RESERVATIONS and ARRIVALS.

Your pitch will be available from 12.30 to 8pm on the booked day of arrival and must be vacated by noon on the day of departure. 12.30-4pm arrival during winter season. We reserve the right to re-let pitches if not claimed by 6.00pm unless prior arrangements have been made with us.
We would prefer you to arrive in daylight, so as to cause minimum disruption to other guests.
Guests must park in the designated parking area and check in at reception before entering the park.

BOOKINGS.

If the balance is under 120, then we require payment in full. If the balance is over this amount, then we require a 120 deposit to secure your booking, the remaining balance is due a month before arrival. Full payment will need to be made if the holiday is within a month of booking. Provisional bookings made by telephone will be cancelled after 7 days if not confirmed in writing with a deposit. We accept no responsibility for mistakes made when booking and paying a deposit over the telephone, so please make sure you check your confirmation carefully once received.
Bookings over bank holidays and Easter are subject to a minimum booking period of 3 nights.

CONFIRMATION.

Your booking will be confirmed in writing once a deposit has been received. This could be in the form of an email if an email address is specified. Email addresses might also be used by ourselves for marketing purposes but WILL NOT be passed onto third parties.
Acceptance of your booking forms a contract under which you have agreed to pay the total fee due.
We are unable to refund payments should guests decide to leave before the end of the booked period.

PARTY NUMBERS.

We allow a maximum of 6 people per pitch. If maximum occupancy is exceeded, then two pitches must be booked. Groups of large parties are only permitted with prior arrangements.

BALANCE.

If the balance is under 120, then we require payment in full. If the balance is over this amount, then we require a 120 deposit to secure your booking, the remaining balance is due a month before arrival. Full payment will need to be made if the holiday is within a month of booking. Failure to arrive will result in you being liable for payment of the full balance. No refund will be given against reduction of dates booked or early departure. We are unable to transfer holidays to another person or year.

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY.

You can cancel your holiday at any time and this cancellation will be effective on the date it is received by us in writing or via email. Our standard cancellation charges are.
More than 8 days; value of deposit only.
7 days and under. 100% of total holiday cost.
We strongly recommend taking out your own cancellation insurance, as we are unable to give refunds.

IF WE CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY.

If we are unable to provide the booked holiday and have to make a cancellation before it is due to start due to circumstances within our control, you will be entitled to a full refund of the money you have paid. Willenhall Way will not accept liability for any associated costs or compensation.
Willenhall Way are not liable for refunds, or expenses you incur, in the event we are prevented from fulfilling your booking as a result of circumstances beyond our control. Such circumstances shall include (but not limited to) war, terrorism, riots, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks or similar events. We recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover this.

PITCHES.

All our pitches are large with extra space in-between.
We cannot guarantee specific locations and pitches, though we do try to arrange the preferences included in your booking.
Pitches are to be vacated by midday on the day of departure, unless a late departure, up to 5pm has been agreed and a late departure fee paid.
Departures after 5pm will be charged at the full nightly rate.
Raised barbecues are welcome and blocks are available for use with disposable barbecues. (Please enquire at reception). However, we do not permit open fires or chimineas.
We ask that you do not use generators.
Personal camping toilets cannot be used on the camping field.

POWER AND ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING.

Payment for a fully serviced pitch includes a fee to cover use of a single 16amp electric socket for light domestic use, such as lighting your caravan/tent and powering appropriate appliances such as television, kettle, toaster, or handheld electronic devices.
You may not use an adaptor at the post to increase the number of external sockets available to you.
The socket may not be used to power large appliances, such as space heaters for awnings, or for charging electric vehicles, as these may overload our system and are not included within the fee paid.

ELECTRIC VEHICLES CANNOT BE CHARGED ON SITE.

DOGS.

We permit dogs at Willenhall Way. They have their own shower room on the park. The surrounding area is fantastic for dogs. There is a footpath running through the large field, with many walks leaving directly from the park and which take in dog friendly pubs. We do, however, require dog owners to read below carefully and abide by our dog rules so that we can maintain a happy park.

We accept well-behaved dogs throughout the seasons.

Dogs stay at our discretion, with a maximum of 2 dogs, of any size, per pitch.

We do not accept any dog listed under the Dangerous Dog Act.

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times in any area of the park.

Dogs must only be exercised in the designated dog walking area. Please do not let your dog roam freely and do not exercise them on empty pitches, or anywhere other than the designated area.

You must clean up after your dog and use the bins provided. Please do not let your dog foul by other customers pitches.

Dogs must not be left unattended at any time. Please do not leave dogs in caravans, tents, motorhomes, or awnings at any time on their own.

Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times, so as not to disturb the peace for other customers.

Please be considerate and understand that, although you love your dog, not everybody on our park will and keep them under control at all times.

WEATHER.

We regret the weather conditions are beyond our control and cannot refund any monies if you cancel your booking or reduce your stay due to the weather.

VEHICLES.

Vehicles must be parked on the touring pitch and not left to block roads and passing points. Commercial Vehicles are not allowed.

BOOKING ALTERATIONS.

Once your booking has been confirmed, minor changes will not incur charge, however excessive amendments could incur a 5.00 administration charge. Amendments to your booking are unable to be made upon arrival.

VAT.

VAT is included at the current rate.

SPECIAL REQUESTS.

We will try to honour your request, but we are unable to guarantee specific pitch allocation.

PLAY AREA.

Parents are responsible for their children at all times.
Please refrain from allowing your children to use the play area after 10pm.

UNDERAGE DRINKING.

We hope you enjoy your stay, but as Willenhall Way is a family park we cannot tolerate underage drinking. All teenagers must be under control of, or be with their parents/guardians and must not be allowed to roam the park after 10pm.

PARK RULES.

Just a few park rules so that each guest has the opportunity to enjoy Willenhall Way Touring and Camping Park at its best.
We ask everyone to respect other visitors on the park and keep noise levels down between 10pm and 7.30am. This also includes televisions and radios, which should be used considerately during the day and should not be audible outside of your caravan, motorhome, between the hours 10pm and 7.30am.

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, except in the dog walk, which is fully fenced. Please remember not to leave animals unattended in vehicles and caravans. Anyone not cleaning up after their pet, will be asked to leave the park.

BBQ’’s are permitted but must be kept clear of the grass. Campfires/ firepits are not permitted.

Cleaning vehicles or caravans on the pitch is not permitted.

No electric heaters in awnings may be used.

In the interest of safety, skateboards, scooters, and rollerblades are not permitted. Bicycles may be ridden on the park, if used in a safe manner.
Please do not ride bicycles around the busy areas of reception and amenities buildings.

Speed limit- is strictly 5mph for all vehicles including bikes.
The owners reserve the right to terminate the visit of any person(s) whose conduct is detrimental to Willenhall Way, or to other visitors.
Drones may not be flown over the park.

Kites only to be flown on the large field.

Payment of your fees constitutes accepting these conditions.

The park owners cannot be held responsible or liable for loss, damage or injury to property or persons on the park, howsoever caused. Guests are advised to check their insurances cover all personal and third-party risk for the period of their stay.

Prices – as we are open all year, conditions and prices may change without prior notice. Advance bookings, accepted by us, will be charged at the prices applicable at the time of booking. We reserve the right to adjust VAT where required by legistration.

COMPLAINTS.

If for any reason you are not happy, please inform us and we will do our best to resolve it.

We hope you will have a fantastic stay, but if you have a complaint about anything during your holiday, please let a staff member know immediately. If you would like to follow it up after leaving, we ask that you get in touch within 28 days of departure.
